Hello all,
While talking to one of our cousins last night I was reminded that I've fallen down on my service to y’all.. I've not kept us up-to-date on all the things going on in our family. I apologize. We are a praying family, and we all agree that God is not a man to lie or repent. So we expect prayers answered. AND we know that it is His will for us to have peace that passes understanding. So we need to know how our God-of-Love is showing up in our lives.
FIRST: And I guess I figured everybody knew…Cousin Vashti passed away.
Then: We thank Cousins Claude, Evette and Joy (McCall) for hosting the 81st annual Foster-McCall Family Reunion in Somerset, NJ. Hat’s off to Claude, Evette and Joy for all their hard work…We heard that boat ride was fabulous! I believe the next reunion is scheduled for Atlanta, GA.
Now there’re Praise Reports:
· Jackie Zielinski (Foster) asks us to join her in praise that her husband, Rob, made it earlier this year. He was there for 3 months! HALLELUJAH
· Cous Tesa Brown (McCall) and her husband, Cameron, are expecting their first child—a daughter, Little Tameron McKenzie, on August 28. There’s prayer here, too: Tesa’s at that uncomfortable stage.
· Amway is global and Cousins Al and Fran (Foster) are expanding their business to Jamacia. There’s prayer a prayer request here, too.
· Cous Shannon Patterson (McCall), daughter of (Mrs.) Cynthia M. Patterson and Gregory Patterson, married Eric Donaldson on June 5, 2010.
· ALL OF US…FOR THOSE TIMES HE HAS KEPT US SAFE AND MADE PROVISIONS WE DIDN’T EVEN KNOW WE NEEDED
And prayer requests while we are going through:
· Cous Ramona’s family (Foster)
· Cous Booker, Darryl, Shawn, Little Vivian and family (Foster)
· Cous Ishmael and family--particularly his health (Foster)
· Cous Iku (Foster)
· Cous ej and family (Foster)
· Cous me and evan J (McCall) –Seriously. I appreciate the effective and fervent prayers of the righteous.
· ALL OF US…FOR THOSE TIMES WE ASK HIM TO KEEP US SAFE AND MAKE PROVISIONS
And, as events, prayer requests, praise reports/answered prayers happen in your life, please let me know and I'll pass it on.
For all of us to all of us, I pray God’s peace,
your Cousin Claire
